11 Forgotten Laws?
What are the 11 forgotten laws?
Bob Procter was one of those who felt that there was something missing. His solution was his ’11 Forgotten Laws’ program.
Bob proudly proclaims that he has never originated any of the stuff he teaches and this is no exception.
This course is based on the book, Working With the Law by Raymond Holliwell.
The book explains the laws, including the law of attraction, that can be used to manifest abundance.
They are, in order:
- Law of Thinking
- Law of Supply
- Law of Attraction
- Law of Receiving
- Law of Increase
- Law of Compensation
- Law of Non-Resistance
- Law of Forgiveness
- Law of Sacrifice
- Law of Obedience
- Law of Success
Bob collaborated on this project with Mary Morrissey, somebody I had not previously heard of.
The main part of the course is a series of audios. In these, the two of them go through each chapter of the book giving their insights and comments.
You also get transcripts of these conversations as well as a copy of the book in ebook form.
There are other elements including an online community and a way to make your own notes so that they are accessible from anywhere.
The package also includes some bonuses but you can get all the details here.
Being a self confessed self help junkie I am always on the look out for more motivation and inspiration so I bought it.
What did I think?
Well, to be honest, these 11 forgotten laws have been pretty much forgotten again as far as I am concerned.
I found the book itself heavy going. I am not sure when it was first published but I don’t think it is that old. Probably not as old as the Science of Getting Rich or the Master Key system. But I found both of them an easier read.
Bob and Mary explain the main concepts of each chapter and discuss their own interpretation of it. This helps but I still think you need to read the book to get the most out of it.
And although The Secret was much too simplistic and skimmed over things, I can’t help thinking that this is going too far in the other direction.
It shouldn’t have to be this hard. I can’t believe this stuff is going to work very well if you make it into a chore.
Would I recommend it?
Since my initial listening, these 11 forgotten laws have been gathering cyber dust on my hard drive. I think you can safely say that this was one of my less successful purchases.
Having said that, this product has done very well so clearly there are many people who do not share my opinion.
Perhaps if you are a big fan of Bob Procter you will like it but his style just doesn’t resonate with me.
But I don’t want to put you off though. Check it out and draw your own conclusions.
You can try the whole thing out for 7 days through this link.
Or read my post on a much simpler way to apply the Laws of Attraction
