Mastery MindFuse is Back
I have had to rewrite this post slightly. It used to say that Mastery Mindfuse was dead. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Even the links to it from Sasha Xarrian’s own websites didn’t work. But it seems that it is back. Not only that, it is available in a downloadable format.
One of my criticisms was that it came on a flash drive. There were major problems with delivery and also technical issues with the product. Having to return a physical product made refunding difficult and left you out of pocket.
Those problems seem to have been taken care of but whether you should buy it is another matter.
Below is my original post published on 11th October 2010 detailing my experience with Mastery MindFuse.
I wrote a review of Mastery MindFuse in the run up to its launch because a lot of people were searching for information on it.
Obviously, nobody had access to the product at the time, so I based my review on what I knew about similar technologies and also on what I knew of Sasha Xarrian.
I have read and heard a lot of her work and I believe that she is sincere in her desire to make a difference in peoples lives.
I am very much into exploring technological solutions to aid personal growth and I was excited about the potential of this product. I ordered it for myself with the idea that I would write about my experience of using it and the results I got.
I also recommended it, believing that it was going to be beneficial to my readers. Well, it would be a huge understatement to say that things did not go according to plan.
I have contacted the Outrageous Mastery company, which wasn’t easy, and had a reply from Sasha Xarrian Personally. I believe that she is genuinely upset about what has happened and that she and the company are working flat out to put things right.
She did tell me about some of the problems they have experienced. Some of them came out of the blue and couldn’t have been anticipated. But I can’t help thinking that others were at least partly of their own making.
Regardless of that, from a customer point of view, I don’t need to know about their problems. I need them to take care of my problems. And there seem to have been quite a few problems for customers.
As far as I know, the other Outrageous Mastery products have been electronic downloads and this is their first physical product. They used a fulfillment company to send out the packages which led to some of the issues.
It seems there were problems with customs clearance. For me personally, this meant that I was receiving emails saying, ‘Mastery MindFuse is almost at your door’, nearly a week before it was actually shipped, which happened ten days after my order.
It is inconceivable to me that there was no communication between the two companies and that Outrageous Mastery were unaware of this problem for so long.
I don’t know what delivery was like inside the US but people were also having problems after receiving the product. I don’t know why they chose to supply the product on a USB stick but that in itself seems to have been a problem for some people. Not everybody is that technically minded and there is the potential to damage the product. If it had to be a physical product, why not a CD or DVD?
Before I had even received my copy, (still haven’t), I was receiving emails about problems people were having with using the program. I am hearing that you need to use a particular browser and maybe shut down all other programs.
I find this unbelievable. My iMAC can effortlessly run multiple browser windows and tabs, edit and render video on the fly and make the coffee at the same time. I can’t believe that it couldn’t handle something that runs in a browser. (Although I have not had the opportunity to find out).
If there was even a slight possibility of this kind of problem, the product should have been tested on a variety of different systems, including low end systems.
This can only be down to bad planning. The people who have met with these problems have also had difficulty contacting support and getting their issues resolved when they do. I experienced the slow to no response on some questions that I had. I know they are busy but responding to customers should be a priority.
I still have faith in Sasha Xarrian and I know that she will get all of these issues resolved in the end and to everyone’s satisfaction. But you can’t get away from the fact that, on this occasion, they screwed up in a big way and they have a lot to do to restore their reputation.
In my opinion, they need to start by acknowledging that, making a public apology and explaining what went wrong.
I would also like to apologize myself. I know that a few people bought the product through the links on this site. If you did and have experienced any of these problems, I am sorry.
I like to recommend products that I use myself or at least have a great deal of knowledge of and believe to be beneficial. On this occasion, I put my faith in a person and a company that I believed in, and I couldn’t have anticipated that it would go so spectacularly wrong.
As I have said before, I still believe that this can be turned around and that great things can come from Mastery MindFuse. But, I will have to be absolutely convinced that all of these issues have been dealt with before I would recommend it again.
Update – October 2012
Although this post was published two years ago, the company have just decided to take exception to it. I have made no secret of my relationship with the company as an affiliate. They have now decided to end that relationship. It seems that they don’t like me expressing my true feelings about this product and not recommending it.
They accused me of deleting positive comments about it. If you read the comments below, you will see that there are positive ones, just not many of them. It would make no sense for me as an affiliate to stop people making positive comments about the product that I hope to make money from. All reasoned comments are welcome.
At the time, I told them they should apologize to their unhappy customers and explain what went wrong. I am not aware of them ever doing that. Recently I have offered them the opportunity to comment here. If anything I have written here is untrue, they can refute it. They have not responded so far.

I have been researching Mastery Mindfuse for reviews. I am anxiously awaiting a review of this product before I decide to purchase it. One of my concerns is that at home I do not have access to the internet I have a computer but no internet. Does this product need to be run through the internet? I have been burned with products that have this type of technology before. Thanks for your time.

None of the instructions I have read for the product suggest that internet access is required. I can’t tell you from personal experience as I still haven’t received mine yet. But if you read my comments on this post and others, you will see that I don’t recommend anybody to buy it at the moment. There have been some serious issues with this launch that don’t seem to have been resolved.
If I get my copy and it produces results, and I am happy that all the delivery and technical issues have been dealt with, I may recommend it in the future, but not yet.

Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your perspective, I didn’t find this page/review until this morning or I would have held off buying it for awhile. I did order it, and like others received an email on the 9th day after placing my order that it was being shipped out that day (original statement was I could expect delivery in 8 – 10 days from placing my order).
Four days later, on Friday October 1st, I did receive the package. I loaded the program on my desktop, when I tried to use it I received a message that in order to work I needed the latest version of Adobe flashplayer (or at least version 6. something or other) so I went to download that (free download) and tried again receiving the same message. I emailed tech support immediately (still waiting for a reply on Oct. 13) stating the problem and what I was receiving. The next day I purchased a laptop computer (was planning on the purchase in the near future anyway); I had the same experience with the program on that computer so sent a second email detailing my problem(s) (also no reply received).
Two days later I received a mass email supposedly from Sasha stating that from the hundreds of copies sent they had received emails from 4 people having problems; if I was having similar problems there was a link included for tips to help correct them (had already been there with no help received from it). HOWEVER, further in the email Sasha mentions Mastery Mindfuse doesn’t work with Internet Explorer (which is the browser I had been using) so a different browser was needed; Firefox was mentioned (along with a link to get the free download). I downloaded Firefox (with a couple of issues about open windows before completing).
Since then I’ve had no problems using the program from the flashdrive (would prefer to download it to my computer so the flashdrive isn’t needed each time which I haven’t been able to successfully do). Too early to tell whether the program is having much effect (haven’t felt my brain “rewiring” itself, etc.); however I will say that 1. I do have Asperger’s Syndrome, which means I test in the autism spectrum so my brain is already “wired” slightly differently and past experiences with similar programs have shown me that, in my case, I don’t feel anything for awhile and then one day a switch is thrown and I go from level 1 to about level 6 on a scale of 1 to 10; 2. The first time I used the program I DID have an emotional reaction to the beginning of the visual portion of the program (not repeated since that initial use); 3. Instead of using the program once per day I’ve been using it once in the morning and then again in the afternoon; & 4. While the program descriptions talk about feeling energized and refreshed after each use I’ve experienced either no change in energy levels or the feeling of needing to sleep/rest during and after the completion of the program.
Since, from the comments I read so far, I seem to be having the most positive experience reported I will post any further developments as they happen.

Like you, I can’t see why this wasn’t made available as a download and as I said in the post, why was it not tried out with different browsers and computers. I didn’t realize that they had a proper support system. It doesn’t mean you will be answered any faster but at least it is more reliable than email.
I live in hope that mine will arrive soon and I can report some positive results.

Hi I tried ordering but i waited too late and orders were not being taken anymore. I have only lisened to sashas preview of the product and already i have had an amazing change of mind, meaning i am more focused, have been able to convince people of my point of view. i have even seen a change in my communication with my husband for the positive. and people are responding to me differently and I feel excited about the future like i am takeing charge of my life. this is a true testimony and i havent even ordered mind fuse yet!!

Hopefully you’ve received your flashdrive by now and using it. A brief update on my experiences with Mastery Mindfuse so far.
Two days ago I realized that my outlook on life was more positive; I’m still having negative thoughts/reactions occasionally, but now I’ve noticed that they’re quickly followed by positive thoughts and reasoning that balances everything back out. On a scale of 1 to 10 the positive outlook isn’t the jump up the scale that I expected to be the initial recognition to be, but it’s still about a 3 or 4 from where I started with the program.
Also, last night I received a phone call from my boss telling me I’ve been fired (didn’t even have the courage to do it to me face to face); and while the expected feelings of anxiety, etc. are present, there is also the presence of thinking this could be a good thing and a feeling that I will be all right even in this job market and economy. This development will probably affect the progress I make with the program from here so figured I would mention it now. Will keep you updated on where I go from here with Mastery Mindfuse.

I am still having to wait to get it. I ordered on Sept 23rd and it has still not arrived. It has also been several days since I raised a support ticket and I have had no response.
Although I am an affiliate and receive a commission if someone orders through my link, I am recommending that people don’t order yet. I like to recommend products and companies that I believe in. In this case, there have been delivery and technical issues that have not been dealt with. The customer service has been appalling. I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the experience that I have had.
I still believe that the product itself might be worthwhile but they really need to communicate better with their customers. I would not advise buying from them until things are working properly.

Well I had this program for a while and it doesn’t seem very special to me, everything (other than the price) screams CHEAP to me, right from the box it comes it right through to program itself. I had the same problems as everone else with it not working correctly and the response from their aftersales team is appaling. I shall asking for a refund.
It’s been two weeks since my last post so figured I’d post a quick update. Still no feelings of being “energized” after using the program; but have noticed I haven’t felt the need to rest/recharge at some point during the day either (also no job so less energy being expended during the day). My outlook is more positive than negative which I’m not sure is solely due to Mindfuse, but I’ll give some credit to it. I was already meditating on a fairly regular basis before ordering the program and listening to various brain entrainment programs so my body and mind know how the “state” they need to be in to best receive the messages feels so I achieve that “state” quickly with the program; others may have problems becoming receptive.
I have had 2 incidences where I had too many windows open when I tried to start Mastery Mindfuse(I was finally able to get it loaded on my computer without using the flashdrive each time; but I’m not happy with how that’s working) and the program didn’t run as smoothly. Also have had a few incidences where when I tried to start Mastery Mindfuse I receive an error message, but when I click to acknowledge it the program starts up as if I had not received the message.
I think that’s it for now. I was hoping to read of at least one other person having some success so I could make SOME kind of comparison. Have you finally received you copy yet Rich?

I did finally get MMF after 4 weeks and after paying $45 import duty which I was not at all happy about. I have an iMac which has had no problem running the program from the flashdrive or from my harddrive. (I copied it too, much more convenient). I have to say that after being quite excited about this, my experience with the company dampened my enthusiasm.
I have tried the program a couple of times but I have not felt motivated to get into it on a regular basis. The first time I tried it, the messages on screen seemed to trigger my own thoughts and I felt a deep sense of belief that they were true. That was not so noticeable the the other two times. I have to say though that I have used it late at night and struggled to stay awake. I will have to change my routine and begin to use it in the morning.
In terms of results, one of the many mistakes the company has made is to hype up the effectiveness of this thing to a ridiculous degree. You are trying to instill new beliefs and overwrite old ones that might have been with you for decades. That is not going to happen overnight. I believe this program will require a degree of commitment over a long period to get the results that are talked about. The “instructions” that come with the program say nothing about this. I think this is a serious omission. I am sure their will be people asking for refunds saying they tried it for a week and it didn’t work.
I have spoken with a representative of the company on Skype and discussed some of the issues that I and others here have experienced. They are not planning to sell the program again until possibly December. In the meantime they are working to resolve all the problems they had. I told him it is very important that they explain to the public what went wrong and how they intend to make sure that it does not happen again. We will see.
When I get into my routine of using MMF, I will post about hpw it is going.

My experience in getting hold of the product and the product itself were so poor that I quickly gave up using it. A waste of money for me.

Was underwhelmed with the results and wanted to return this item Plus the exorbitant shipping fee that was charged to get the product, there is a $15.00 “restocking fee” for sending it back in perfect condition! That is a major rip-off!
I would have refunded this product myself if not for the hassle of sending it back across the world. Plus I would still have been left way out of pocket on the deal. I believe this is why they chose to make it a physical product when it could easily have been a download.
